Mucenici muntenesti

Imi aduc aminte de bunicul de fiecare data cand pun cuisoare in mucenicii facuti ciorba. El era responsabilul cu prepararea lor. Avea pana si o ustensila de taiat coca exact in forma de 8.

Se fierb vreo 40 de minute in 3 litri de apa cu 300 grame de zahar si un pic de sare. Am lasat 20 de minute sa stea, am pus cuisoare :D in toata oala si apoi separat in farfurie nuca tocata si scortisoara.
