Apple pizza

This one goes from my memory, since I’ve combined multiple recipes.

Wholewheat flour apple pizza

  • Servings: 6-8
  • Difficulty: easy
  • Print

You mix 7 g of yeast with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Then you add about 400 g of flour, 2 tablespoons of oil, a pinch of salt and 125 ml warm water. And there’s your pizza dough. Cover and leave it aside for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, peel and slice 5 apples. Put them in a pan to cook for 2 minutes with 2 tablespoons of butter. Then add some sugar, a bit of flour and cinnamon to the pan. Cook at low heat for another 6 minutes, until the apples are tender.
Line the dough in the pizza pan, put the apples on top and I also added a crumble mix on the top (flour, sugar and butter). Bake for 20 minutes at 190 Celsius.

Serve warm or with ice-cream. ;)

Happy cooking!
